We ship worldwide!

Our products ship directly from our manufacturer in Italy, so delivery times may vary based on our inventory, your location, and the size of your order. Usually it will take abut 1 week in major US cities. We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as circumstances allow.

 As for pricing, shipping charges are based on weight and volume. Order will generate a shipping charge. However, if the actual shipping charge is lower we will credit you the difference.

For any changes or amendments to an order, please fill out the Contact Us form on our website, and we will try our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.Should you need to edit your order, we strongly recommend doing so as close to the moment of purchase as possible.If you make a change to your order after it has been fulfilled, we cannot guarantee your desired change(s).

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is also the option to pay via Shop Pay.Additionally, device-specific options, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay, PayPal are also available.

While we often can accommodate returns and exchanges, please note that these transactions are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are based on availability.

Our team in Italy prides itself on the care they take in packaging your products as securely as possible for travel.The number of pieces in each box, and the number of boxes you receive, depends on the size of your order, both in terms of the size of the individual items and in terms of how many items were purchased.Generally speaking, we try to ship orders in as few parcels as possible.
